The music from Titanic was made by James Horner, but originally it was intended that Enya would do the soundtrack. After her declining, Horner took the job, but you can still perceibe a faint Enya's style in the whole songs. The soundtrack was a huge success, and was the most sold orchestral soundtrack in history, as the only vocal song in it is the famous My Heart Will Go On from Celine Dion. At first, not even this song was supposed to appear in the movie, but it was composed in secret and then presented to the director James Cameron, and in the end it ended even receiving a prize as the best original song.
